Why do I see a failed search in my "View Activity" section?


A failed search can occur for a number of reasons.


1. It's possible the crowd search user closed out his browser during a search.

2. The crowd searcher may have encounter a software crash.

3. The crowd searcher may have lost internet connection. 


Please  note that failed searches are impossible to avoid 100% of the time but we do our best to minimize them. Furthermore, you will never be charged any credits for those cases which do occur.
